Duration: April to June 2014 (3 months)

Technique: Mosaic and wood relief sculpture

Size: 16m2

This is a mixed-media mosaic mural incorporating smalti mosaic tiles and wood. Fabricated and installed in the swimming pool area of Oyster 24 apartments, a luxurious apartment at Rose Avenue in Hurlingham.

We sculpted a Kiswahili culture wooden relief dhow and a sunset beach composition using unique smalti mosaic tiles.

We also worked on the columns of the pool area with colorful aquatic mosaics.

This turned the swimming pool area of the luxurious apartment into a beautiful ambiance of the coastal seaside.
